等了2天服务器上架 发了tk催了下  他确回复以下 什么意思？PP不是付款成功了么 怎么还说防止欺诈交易

   淘宝那个代付不在线了！商品也下了只有快照，我百度了下，怕是pp代付骗术，前头确认付款了后头pp争议退款，我发TK回去说明不是要退款要开通服务器，不知道管用没，我PP前些天认证银行卡，要不就自己付款了，真麻烦啊，burst听说很难退款，希望这次也一样 ！找代付就是不靠谱，哎！早知道就等几天pp认证银行卡了！
